ECC has teamed up with colleagues from Carers Trust Lea Valley Crossroads Care Service who have delivered homecare services for 35 years.
We use our combined expertise to provide reliable, person-centred, professional care for you or your loved ones.
We understand your loved one’s safety is paramount. That’s why we go to great lengths to ensure their Care Support Worker or Personal Assistant is someone the whole family can trust.
All our staff have full background checks, referencing and certificates to prove they reach the standards you expect.

Whether you’re looking for extra support at work, at university or regular assistance to help you stay in your own home, we’ll match you with the right person who will help you to continue living at home (including considering personalities, interests, languages and cultures in Enfield).
We offer three types of service
Personal Assistant
Personal Assistants (PAs) can do a variety of personal, domestic and administrative tasks e.g. assisting with dressing, cooking, shopping, reading or filing papers. PAs can also accompany you to social events, lectures and work, enabling you to live life to the full on your terms.
Live-in care service
A Live-in Care Support Worker / Personal Assistant lives in your home to be on hand for when you require assistance if, for example, you have a long-term health condition that you need assistance with.
Regular domiciliary / homecare
If you need personal care, help with medication or require companionship we can provide regular scheduled visits throughout the week to help you continue living as independently as possible.

Our skilled Homecare team understands how vital it is to deliver dedicated person-centred care to support the individual and their families.
Living with Dementia
Our specialist dementia person-centred care is provided by trained, compassionate and experienced, Care Support Workers and Personal Assistants.
Our compassionate and respectful staff will be matched to not only meet the care needs of the person receiving care, but we also look to match personalities and interests.
In line with CQC regulations, our staff complete 15 Standards of Care made up of both mandatory and non-mandatory training.
